Quiet friendly neighborhood restaurant. If you stay at DTW and are tired of the hotel restaurants and Leonardos (also very good), you should try the Orchard Grove Inn a few minutes south. It is a quiet friendly neighborhood restaurant about 5 miles south of airport/I-94 on Middlebelt Road, outside in the country. It is an older facility that is very popular with locals, but there are also some business travelers. You are closed at 9:00, so don't plan for a late meal there. An amazing food and atmosphere, everyone there is family and treat you like family too! The grilled white fish is the best I ever had. And so their French onion soup and also their deserts are very good, you can say everything is real and made at home, they use high-quality ingredients and do not cut corners. I highly recommend eating here.

So sad they will be closing at the end of this month! 36 years plus! Such an amazing atmosphere that you can't recreate or buy! No matter the money. Absolutely stunning good food, great people and best places ever! Again so sad they are closing, and new place will be here but so glad was there towards the end!

The best!!! We love the cash, the shrimps... especially the service! Mona, Ed and her daughters lead this place like a family they are. We were there countless times and NIE... I repeat NIE had a bad meal or bad service. 5 stars

Delicious. Do it. Steak and cheese were tender, hot and glad I found this little jewel. Service was great.
