Osmow's Shawarma - Reservar uma mesa

I went to Osmow’s last week Sunday for their anniversary deal (I’m late writing this review). We first went to the location Oshawa, the line up and parking lot were packed. We drive to Bowmanville and the line moved quickly. The gentlemen working at the counter were friendly and helpful. I didn’t realize we had to pay extra for more toppings since it was a special deal that day. I went back to the counter and asked to add food. The guy cracked a joke and still helped me add additional items to my meal which was appreciated. It was a bit messy looking behind the counter but what do you expect there was a constant flow of customers and an abundance of food being prepped and served.

Wow..... total bad food. The lettuce is shredded, probably to hide the lack of quality and freshness. But if you pay attention, you will find little brown slimy pieces all through it.The beef is tough and is terrible quality, not fresh by any means.What a terrible customer experience.I would never come back. They have a chance to make good food every single order, but obviously, they don't care.I expect a decent quality product for the price you have to pay.

Quick delicious.I fell in love with osmows chicken on the rocks in Toronto years ago, today in Bowmanville I gave these two a try and both were great:Falafel on the rocksBeyond on the rocksI'll be back for moreVegetarian options: They offer beyond meat shawarma and falafel as meat substitutesBoth are greatParking: Small lot shared with residential tenants commercial. Space can be limited and the maneuver space can be difficult for some.

I was skeptical when I didn’t see a beef shawarma skewer up, yet the guy said they have beef, he took out frozen beef and did it on a pan, the beef is terrible its chewy and taste old and bad, this is my 3rd bad experience at this location never seem to

Food used to be better here. It's still decent, but quality has gone down. Dinner containers are now smaller as they have 2 compartment containers now which give less food for the extra money it costs
