Osmow's Shawarma - Reservar uma mesa

Worst Osmow's location ever. For a restaurant that is a big chain with lots of staff working this is the slowest and most poorly run osmow's I the franchise. We have ordered here many times because it is close by but honestly just take the extra time to go to any other location no matter how much farther. Whether you order in person or online you will absolutely be disappointed by this location. Food is very poorly prepared, portions are small and never correct to what osmow's should be. Barely any sauce. Food is always stone cold and soggy no matter what time of day you order or what app you use. It will take at least an hour for a salad that will arrive with barely any food in the package...

The owner and employees are extremely rude. Even the service is pathetic I waited for 20 minutes and didn’t receive my order. So I wanted to cancel the order. None of the employees knew how to process the refund . I waited for 20 minutes just to get my refund. And after all this the restaurant owner told me you could have just taken the order and it would have been quicker. She didn’t care about the customer and neither did anyone from store apologize for the inconvenience.

First time trying. The menu was decent but the food was terribly expensive. The portions were small. The chicken was fine but the beef was horrible. The meat was gross quality. The food was made messy and the staff were not only hard to understand but also not very nice. Not giving it another chance.

Friendly service but the chicken shawarma in my wrap was cold. So unless you like cold food you may want to reconsider. Also charged for tzatziki.
