If you are American DO NOT GO HERE. I was appalled by the level of disrespect that we experienced. The staff are rude to Americans but treat the germans like they should be treated. When we first arrived the waiter was rude and aggressive when seating us. After I ordered from the menu the waiter snatched my menu out of my hands even though I told him 3 times that I wanted to keep it for dessert. We told him that we wanted the check for the drinks and we were leaving. He told us that we had to pay for the food that we just ordered less than a minute ago. We said no we will pay for the drinks but not the food. He then kicked us out and called us stupid Americans. He also pretended to not know...

I ordered a pizza to get out. I live a block on the same road and went to order. I was warmly welcomed by a young woman. I had my little dog with me and they let me introduce them to wait. they have not spoken much English, but I could order it well. in contrast to another reviewer I have not experienced any biased or negative service because I am American. (although, only because I spoke English only, it doesn't mean that I am American, since 2 billion people speak English). 4 stars because the service was very slow and because I think the cake I received was smaller than the cake I paid. overall the pizza was delicious, fresh ingredients, great crust. I was happy, and I liked mine.

Started out with slow service, and the waitress got our order wrong then made an attitude about when it was her fault. When she brought the right meal back she said nothing like we were at fault. My pasta noodles were under cooked. Sauce was good as was my wife's pasta. Her noodles were also alittle under cooked as well. I would not recommend coming back a 2nd time. If the staff was at least able to admit the mistake and not make us feel like they did maybe. I understand mistakes happen, even under cooked pasta. All in all you an find better pasta close by with out the headache.

my man and I are BTH Americans. based on another review, I don't think it has something to do with Americans! we are always treated very well here. the food comes fast and it is delicious! we like to use the beergarden in summer. it will be “our spot”! even our takeover orders are always done in time and nothing is missing. If you are American DO NOT waste your hard earned euros here. They are very rude and short tempered with the Americans. One German couple left with us due to how poorly we were being treated. (My husband has posted in detail what happened)
