I'm giving 4 stars only because of post covid situation and I feel this is generous. Evidently there is still a labor shortage. There were only 4 servers working at this place. I asked the hostess because it was about 45 minute wait and I counted at least 10 empty tables. My steak was bleeding and I had to send it back to kitchen. I asked for medium well. The waiters were all called back to the kitchen for a impromptu meeting and I could hear yelling from the kitchen (awkward). The manager was running around serving food and bussing tables. My server was very sweet and on top of it.
the personal here is very polite and sweet. I recommend making reservations online so that they can sit faster during the busy times. we celebrated my man's birthday and he loves the melbourne steak! I had the Alice-Feder chicken. to my surprise, even after brot and some Aussie-Fries, could he eat the whole steak? Disability: van accommodated parking is at the front. the distance is also large enough for large wheelchairs.
Decided to have lunch today (15 July 22) at Outback, As always the food was really good. The server was great. My wife said the burger was actually very good. Unfortunately, with whatever was going on in the kitchen, it took 2 hours to eat lunch with my family (5). It took one hour and fifteen minutes to get the food. Just a heads up, maybe if you don't have long for lunch, skip Outback.
I ordered 3 slabs of ribs with baked potatoes and salads for carryout. The ribs were dry and tough. The salads were not fresh. The potatoes were good. For $82.47 everything should have been good, fresh, and hot. We order this about one every 4-6 weeks. It's usually delicious. I don't know what happened this visit, but it was awful! At least my father in law's dog enjoyed the ribs!
