Outback Steakhouse Mentor

Very disorganized and untrained staff. Had to ask numerous times to remove plates from appetizers and dinner to be removed. Simple basic server skills are lacking. Food is below what you would expect. Go to Longhorn. Order the plywood. Newly renovated store didn't think to train their staff. Rude manager said the TV's aren't working because it's raining..nice try but being rude and snippy was ridiculous. Servers were trying to turn on the TV's once again with no training. We had a ten top with a $500 bill. Six of the meals were right (of them 2 were salads). Two steaks served well done ordered MR. Three missing or incorrect sides. the first time here and omg what an experience! our server, brittany was the bomb command. our food was delicious and fresh. the only thing I could say was not to order fresh, was our steak and cheese dip assistant. I could say that the meat was reheated, but please don't think that this has taken away from the deliciousness of it at all. I took my man there to celebrate his birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised when the bretagne brought out a generous portion of ice with illuminated candles for him. that were the best $76 I've spent a long time eating.

Aaron was the nicest server I think we've ever had. He was smiling, talked to you directly and he checked on us and was just all around pleasant. The bar tender tonight on the other hand. Needs to learn what a Dry Martini is and what the difference is between a dirty Martini and a straight one. 2 trys and struck out! YUK. Now the New Pecan smoky Manhattan was delish Ask for Aaron and you will be good to go.

I ordered prime rib, medium. it came out like shoe leather, very well made and dry. the second came the same and a thin meat cut. that was it. I said not to bring anything else. they still accused me of my mushrooms. the nativity of my man was barely indirect, he held it, but it wasn't good. we are not going back. that is a lot of money for a moderate steak.

the first time here and our server was brittany so helpful and attentive. my boozy cherry limeade was made perfection. our Steak dinners were perfectly prepared. at the end the bretagne surprised us with a generous portion of ice with illuminated candles for my man. overall had a nice time to celebrate hubby birthday. we come back and recommend outback.
