Ox&ehrlich - Reservar uma mesa

Ox Ehrlich ist ein super schönes, modernes Restaurant mit tollem Service und wunderbarem Ambiente. Untypisch für Österreich: fast die Hälfte der Karte ist vegan (und der Rest so nachhaltig wie eben möglich, bspw. gibt es Fleisch oft nur von der alten Milchkuh). Die veganen Gerichte sind ein absoluter Traum da stimmt einfach alles! Mittlerweile habe ich die Karte mehrfach durchprobiert (und sie ändert sich tatsächlich ständig) und war bislang wirklich immer restlos begeistert! ox honest is a super beautiful, modern restaurant with great service and wonderful ambiente. untypical for Austria: almost half the card is vegan (and the rest as sustainable as possible, for example there are meats often only from the old milk cow) the vegan dishes are an absolute dream since just everything is right! by now I have tried the card several times (and it actually changes constantly) and has so far really always been totally enthusiastic! great that there is such an advanced kitchen in lermoos! updated from previous review on 2022-02-13

Viele vegane Optionen Sehr frische Zutaten und super Atmosphäre. Preisleistung sehr gut, da Sie zusätzlich ein Liter Wasser (mit und ohne Sprossen) sowie Brot mit veganen Dips kostenlos erhalten.

Auf der Karte gibt es viele vegane Gerichte, die unfassbar schön angerichtet werden und fantastisch schmecken. Auf jeden Fall hingehen, lohnt sich!
