I could have known this kebab through tripadvisor. Looking at the reviews, I feel the kebab is undervalued (although more than 4 stars). Compare to all the kebabs I could test before, this is probably the only one to make a home pin following a personal recipe (viande of calf if I'm not mistaken mixing with spices). More surprisingly, bread is also homemade. the chef out there a round-shaped bread, cutting him in two to make two kebab breads. vegetables are fresh with a small parsillade on the onions. the only small flat is the choice of sauces. I don't think about what house and there are not all the choices that we could find elsewhere, only the essentials (blanche, samurai, herissa, ketch...
