there are so many eye-catching aspects of the experience in restaurant pages. my first impression was that this is the first Michelin restaurant in which I was where all employees really happy and not stressed. the second impression was that if they were looking for traditionally pretentious fine eating, go somewhere else. this is for well built food and surprising aromas, the crescendo in a wonderful culinary experience with all the elegance and none of the pomp. the last impression is the skill of the sommelier. I had several different pairings throughout the experience and each selection was not only perfectly paired, but also in the position to stand on own faust as a wonderful selection...

A different tasting experience than the typical michelin starred french restaurants in Paris, with plenty of Japanese influences. The meal was very tasty and the wine pairing was excellent. After eating it, we don’t think that the wagyu upgrade (some Japanese beef that came with...the asparagus and then as an extra piece of beef during the steak course) was necessary. One thing we found quite curious was that we never saw the chef in the kitchen except for a brief interlude when he walked in to chat to some of his sous chefs before walking out of the restaurant.

a clear and light environment. open kitchen. great service, professional, quiet and relaxed with humor. exceptional dishes. chef teshi presents compositions with bold flavor mixes and offers unexpected taste experiences. they have the choice of two menus, 6 or 8 courses with upgrade options, i.e....Caviar or wagyu bark. on the side there is an important aesthetic.

wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow was very special that I came here with my brother and we are great food, this is one of my top 5 places maybe I have ever eaten, was also amazing at the personal!
