Love!!!!!! This place. My friend and I are visiting tea houses in the Philadelphia and New Jersey areas. We have tried 6 places and this is our fave. They have an amazing tea selection. All food, tea sandwiches, cookies and desserts are handmade fresh and unique. The wait staff is amazing. I took one star off as the last time I was there, a waitress I am not familiar with made a comment. I am black and was there with my black mother. There was a large table next to us with one black women in the party. To be honest we rarely see other black people here but that 's not their fault. We had a group of six and they allow you to choose just two teas for the table. A good selection of decaf options as well. The food was mostly tasty but some of options were a bit strange for an afternoon tea. The scone was more like a small cake, there was also some banana bread on the savory plate, and something like a strata as well but not very flavorful and hard to figure out.We has a dairy allergy at the table and they could not clearly tell us which items had milk products and which didn't, so I would recommend not coming here with severe restrictions. A shellfish allergy was fine to accommodate, however.

This place was so cute! I met up with a friend for lunch and we had high tea. Lots of tea selections, and pre selected entree of handheld sandwiches and goodies. I was surprised when it was followed up with a whole dessert tray. The food was good and it's a great place for chatting nice and quiet and the tables are separated enough that you have some privacy. The decor reminds me of my grandmas house in the best way. My only downside is that parking is limited so give yourself some extra time there!

A perfect example of old-world elegance. The beautiful china, delicately flavored teas, skillfully crafted tea sandwiches, and desserts are all remarkable. The entire venue is sparkling clean, and even the bathrooms are a stunning reflection of stylish design. Mary adds a personal touch to every aspect of the experience! It’s an absolute delight! A/C units don't work well enough to cool a room full of people, and too much space is taken up by kitschy retail junk and tchotchkes. Crowded with cellphone charms and fast-fashion shirts. Super weird. But the tea service was commendable, the sandwiches and pastries tasty, the scones excellent, and the service good enough.

I had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, and there was an excellent variety of teas. It was my granddaughter's first High Tea, and she was absolutely thrilled. The staff was incredibly accommodating and wonderful!

I visited for the first time today and had a lovely experience. The food and tea were great, and there's a nice shop right in front of the restaurant. I will definitely be coming back!

Mother's Day celebration. So nice to have a quiet, light, delicious treat. Chocolate strawberry tea was fabulous!! The treats were delicious. We will be back!!
