He was at the restaurant the pair enjoying his gastronomic menu and I can do nothing but recommend it. the attention on the part of santi and juan and all of his equipment is exquisite. impossible to choose a single dish as the best, but if I have to make a choice I will stay with the pads gratined with cigales and chips of verduritas. I'm looking forward to coming back to try one of the sorcerers!
