superb. I am a sherry aficionado, so this has become something of a pilgrimage, given its amazing selection. However, I went to this opportunity with my wife (which does not really drink) and we both really enjoyed the fine but delicious special dishes of the day. it is a fairly small space, so best to book in advance.

we went here as a lonely plant recommended. given the other options in sevilla it was hard to justify. we wanted a sherry experience. while they have sherry on the menu, there were no flights or pairings. a little underwhelming. eating was good, but not as many tapas as they see in other restaurants.

The food was incredible, service was good. Had the Asparagus with cream sauce which was the best! Fresh oysters were huge and very fresh, the lobster rice was also great. Tried to go back a second night for the asparagus but they were fully booked.

It was our second time we were going and as before we loved everything we've tried. Original dishes and very good everything, if you have to put something negative is that they are scarce to share 3.

palo cortao was by far the best meal we had in sevilla. great eating and an excellent selection of xeres weep. great service. we'll be back when we get to sevilla!
