I visit this restaurant frequently since I work nearby, and I used to love it. The smoothie bowls and crunch cups were always perfect—at least, that was the case before. Recently, it seems a new young lady has taken over making the bowls, and the quality has dropped significantly. The smoothies now have a watery consistency, and the crunch cups I purchased recently were all soggy. The granola is completely soaked by the dragon fruit, and this happens right at the time of purchase, not after sitting. It seems like she hasn't had proper training. I 'm always a promoter local shops but I have to nip this one in the bud. I was extremely happy with my first brownie smoothie. So chocolatey, so smooth it tasted like a Wendy 's frosty..I loved it. I came back 3 days later. Same person, (owner, manager? who made the first brownie smoothie did the second one. I don 't know if she thought I was stupid, but the second didn 't look at all creamy and after I left and consumed the shake, I found it tasted like a weak version of the first brownie smoothie. I 'm disappointed that they gave me a first great shake to catch me then switch it to something that definitely didn 't have all the chocolate as the 1st one.

Both shakes were delicious! We got the Snickers and Oreo. The two girls in the shop were so sweet and helped me decide. They were so welcoming when we came in. I was here once a few years ago and the shakes have improved so much. The decorations are super cute and everything is very clean. I will definitely be back soon!

Not worth the price. We ordered a medium smoothie for $9, and it didn’t really taste like the flavor we chose. While you could faintly sense some hints of the flavor, it was barely there. The last three-quarters of the drink were just icy and lacked any real taste. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Reserve uma mesa agora

First time visiting PH Nutrition , the cashier was really friendly and took our orders fast. Really enjoyed the açaí bowl I ordered and will be returning to try other items on the menu that look equally delicious!
