Pamplona - Reservar uma mesa

Honestly... my first review didn't do this place justice. Well thought out and designed interior. Feels like you are figuratively in a bull bar in Spain. The Sangria was great!!! My favorite was the Rosé. The Rojas and Blanco were delish as well.... finally a place in arlington that has Sangria on tap!!! The food was really good too. I would recommend everyone dropping what they are doing now and head to Pamplona and order the Serrano Ham appetizer. The homemade bread and olive oil ice cream make this a splendid treat. I can't believe this used to be the old Sobe. It looks *completely* different and the decor is amazing! Seriously, always something to look at. I think I spent half my night with my mouth open gawking. I want one of the giant golden orbs hanging from ceiling, yes please. Bar staff was quick and attentive and I was too busy ringing in the new year to worry about food in my teeth but I can't wait to go back and try it because it LOOKED delish and people were tearing through it like it was last supper. So excited for this place! It's about time Clarendon got a trendy lounge with classy clientele. Serving sangria is just the icing on the cake, my fav.

Had the best time at Pamplona last night. Great hand crafted cocktails, fantastic service (thank you Alice), and amazing entrees. Chef James Martin has created tastes that are beyond words. I love the small plate concept because it gives you a chance to try so many wonderful creations that are both creative and complex in flavor. If you are in the Arlington area give Pamplona a try, you won't regret it.

Beautiful interior and comfortable seating. The chorizo poptart will change your life. Near bottomless Mimosas are priced extremely well, i recommend the grapefruit. The Steak and eggs are amazing and so is the lamb. I highly recommend Pamplona for Brunch and Dinner and you cant leave without sampling the sangria.

Bottomless brunch here is awesome! You have to try it! Some faves on the menu were the steak con hueve rice croquetas (WOW!! . Also the cake dessert on the brunch menu was amazing! The decor is beautiful too great for snapchatting ;
