I had it considered a bakery with quality, until today that I went to buy and came out a dependant with a reasoning character. First he treated me as if I were an ignorant then correcting as if I were a child. I asked for a claim sheet and it took minutes to give it to me, telling me if I wanted it to go untiedly to get it. At the end I didn't put the claim because the others don't deserve their discredit for an irrational person. I hope you see the directive to this people take action.
