Update Jan 13, 2022 Lunch Dinner is back at Lakewood Cafe in Rowlett, TX! I came to breakfast, but ended up with a fantastic Mediterranean salad! Who produces the products here always gets the best quality I have seen everywhere! Everything was perfect. Maybe you have yellow paprika on the side. I love pepperroncini, but they are hard to get fresh. People don't like them because they never had a good fresh pepperoncini. But you can fake it with small yellow paprika. I'm digressing... wartesting is excellent here. Of course, food for hungry people is a winner. You have a good time with it. So all the restaurants should run. The other factor is the kitchen. I only live a hop, skip, and jump away from Lakewood Cafe, but never tried it until I had family visiting. The food was delicious (I had the classic crepes) and prices were reasonable. We were sat right away and treated well by the staff. I noticed they have a reuben sandwich on their menu. I now know where I'll head the next time I'm really craving one. Definitely will be back again soon.

Absolutely amazing! Arrived at a busy time was told 15-20 minute wait, reasonable considering time of day, but were seated in about 5 minutes!! Food was delicious, our waitress was very sweet and attentive, food was fast to arrive and perfect temperature. Very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back frequently, found another “go-to” breakfast place!

Had breakfast with my husband's best friend and his wife. It was fantastic food and the price was very reasonable. The staff took great care of us. I ordered the cinnamon french toast combo and it was very good.

Great breakfast! The food was great! I'm very happy to eat here if you have a chance. They also have very attentive waiters/waters. Will definitely eat here again.
