Panda Express - Reservar uma mesa

I have a lot of zero standards when it comes to fast food as long as I only get my food. It doesn't matter if a place messes up my order once in a while, I make mistakes. But dear Lord, this Panda Express is just a consistent nightmare that sheds some aspects of you to get your food every time. Over the course of some visits, I think I had any problem that a person could have with a fast food joint. It is literally never a smooth experience. I never thought in my life I would be harassed enough to leave a review for a fast food place. I give them two stars just because I haven't died of eating here. Yes.

7 employees visible on layer and it took almost 5 minutes from them to help me. When asked about the menu (there were many articles that were not available) it was about not being as helpful as possible. When they were asked by their staff to help me, the chefs could not even interfere, to speak, to decide to gesture with cabinets and head shakes. Service here is to take your money and give you a bag whatever junk they have. Something more seems to be expected far beyond what they are ready and capable to do.

Have you ever gone through a drive thru and ordered food just to get to the window and have it load you and then say Only half of your order is complete so we need you to drive through the drive thru again, and when you come back to the window, your order will be ready. That's what happened to us. I wasted my time to go through the drive again, just to tell them I wanted a full refund on my order.

Panda Express used to like, but this place sucks so badly that I stop eating everything together. Every time I went to this place, they are from several menu items. I understand things happen, but if it happens every time? ve was here saying there is a serious management problem. Don't waste your time or money just go to a real Chinese restaurant.

My 6yr old son choked on a huge piece of plastic that was in the noodles!!! Absolutely unacceptable. I also have a1yr old rating as well. This could have been disastrous!!!!
