The WORST FOR THE SERVICE! I put an order online and my employee picked him up for me. She couldn't find my order and an employee said it was already picked up. They claim someone came in, showed her receipt and somehow the name was the same to mine. my employee confirmed that there was not the case and instead of knowing that there was probably a misunderstanding and a mistake, they were rude and gave her a difficult time. They said I had to come to a pickup of order, and they wouldn't give it back. Online orders have phone numbers to reach and check, but they were not willing to take this step. The Panda Express in Burlingame, Ca is a very busy location. The dining room is always clean and well maintained. This location is always fully occupied and prepared for customers. I appreciate the consistency of food availability and freshness through high food turnover. During the recent visit in August 2022, a customer with 2 dogs arrived to eat in the dining room and I could not enjoy my meal because of Barking. Besides this interruption, I like this place.
