Panda Express - Reservar uma mesa

Standard Panda with fast customer service. The main complain I have is that the portions are drastically different per each employee. There is clearly no standard laid out for them on portions. Some employees I would only need to order a bowl others I might need to order a bigger plate option.

Out of all entrees with 1.5 hours till close. Rude staff that spoke very quietly and incoherently
