The food here is great, but I'm basing my review entirely on the service. This was my first time going for a rather large dinner order for my family. Lupe and Angie were extremely kind and helpful with my order. I've never used the app before, but they walked me through its features and reward program--all while readying my large order at the same time. They really went above and beyond to help me; the service was quick (not rushed) and friendly. I've never met them before, but they made me feel like we were good friends. 12-5-23 my closest take out Chinese food and it's usually fair to good and ready on time. With the exception of their rice it is never good it is always dried out. Today our online pickup order was lost, it took over half an hour to sort out. I Leaned up against a wall while waiting and got an ant on me, turns out they have an infestation on the fountain drink counter in all the cups and lids super super gross!!!!!!!

This is my first time to this location. I was very impressed with the service given. Especially by a young lady named Lupe. I have never had such a friendly, courteous, and efficient other Panda locations or any other restaurants. She was taking charge of service. AWESOME JOB!!
