Panda Express - Reservar uma mesa

Do yourself a favor and just go to a different location! This Panda Express is usually out of a few menu items. It doesn’t matter when you go, they’ll always be out of something. Also, their menu is shrinking! They no longer carry certain popular items. I can pull up the menu at 72nd and Sheridan and they still have these options. The NEW Almond Chicken Breast, is already unavailable here. It’s available at almost every other location. They always forget utensils and sauces. The food is over cooked. We’ve received burnt chicken a few times. It’s just a bad Panda Express, all the way around.

I’ve tried to give this location a few chances and I’m honestly over it. Teriyaki sauce is constantly forgotten, this time the chicken “beast” was uncooked (this has happened twice now). Previously to this they gave me orange chicken, when I asked for string bean. When I went back I was told they couldn’t do anything about it or replace it with something else. Considering that I used to work with Panda Express I knew that was NOT procedure. This is super disappointing.

Overall it’s decent, nothing spectacular or terrible about it. The worse part is that it’s only drive-thru, that’s all. Cat go inside to order. With that, the line is busy and at least 5 cars when it’s dinner time. And they seem to only do 1 car at a time. They need Chick-fil-a to reach them how to do a drive-thru.Panda “Express”… more like Panda Eventually

my meal bought in the car thru and was said to pull forward when they waited for some things. After they had to wait 10 minutes, they brought out my command and I left. I came home and realized that they gave me the wrong order and didn't eat so much for my ranchons. so slow and terrible service. do not recommend this location at all.

Lobby is never open. Don't trust there food when going through the drive thru cause most of the time they mess something up in the order or are completely out of items.
