Pandora's - Reservar uma mesa

I'm not usually one to leave a review unless the experience is truly amazing, or extremely disappointing, unfortunately in this case it was the latter. We arrived to find that they could not find our booking but this was sorted out and we were given a table.I appreciate that this Mothers Day service is extremely busy, but they shoudn't be accepting bookings if they cannot handle it!Coffee and teas arrived at room temperature making it hard to drink. We had to flag down our waiter several time in order to get his attention. But the biggest disappointment was the food. The banana pancakes were stodgy and doughy, even the kids wouldn't touch them! I noticed there were lots of plates of pancakes...

This was my friends special lunch for a family event so I know she would have talked to the restaurant in advance so I was really disappointed for her with the quality of service provided and attention to detail.The ambiance was lovely with a gas fire, although got quite toasty if you were sat in front. A long table was set up with petals scattered down the middle, simple but effective.Food was delicious. Garlic bread and bruschetta for entre followed by 2 different pastas and platters of veal and chicken parmigiana with crunchy roast potatoes, green beans and salad. We went to Pandoras Rouse hill for dinner reservation for 7 pm waited 30 mins before anyone came to seat us the table was just sitting there empty placed entree and mains order we got our entree ordered drinks 5 adult an 3 kids drinks only half of them came 30 mins later the rest of drinks came out but only after asking several times the mainwere ordered at the same time as entrees but still did not get dinners finally got them at 9pm but not hte childrens management apologizes but that did not makw up for the bad service no drinks an mains and late mains 9pm arrived and still incorect and no kids food used to love going to this place but not now not anymore we will not go back again

Booked into here to have mothers day breakfast with the family. We were greeted by cheerful staff and shown our table. The facilities looked very clean, the staff were very well presented and the menu was fitting for a great breakfast selection. After ordering it was only a short wait until all refreshments and meals (eight people) were delivered by the staff. The individual meal propotions were large, were still at an appropriate temperature and very tasty. The price was very reasonable for what was served and I would have no hesitations (due to the prices and hospitality) in going back for future meals.

My wife took me here last night for a dinner date. Our server Tayla was lovely and knew what was great for us based in our ideas. Great food, nice portions sizes, price was not bad either. Will be back
