Panera Bread - Reservar mesa

I haven't been too impressed with the service at most Panera locations I've visited in the nearby cities, likely due to inconsistent staff quality or the inherent difficulties of running a labor-intensive business. However, this particular location has stood out to me. I've received excellent attention from the management and staff here, even though it's situated in a modest, working-class neighborhood. I especially want to commend the team leader and her colleague, who pay close attention to detail and manage the busy food counter during rush hours. Their calming presence helps ease the frenzy of hungry, thirsty, and caffeine-craving customers, earning them a big thumbs-up from me!

Worst Panera location I have been to. Service is slow . Food comes out in what seems NOT through their ?quality check?. Every single time I?ve tried ordering at this specific location, there?s always something wrong with the order. Even when I order curbside I have to go inside and get the food because they say sorry they forgot or no one knows why it didn?t go out . Definitely my last time here.

Very dirty, whom ever the manager is, definitely not doing a good job of properly training. This is a restaurant you'd think there would be cleaning standards in place. I paid for my food and proceeded to throw it in the thrash as soon as I saw the kitchen area, I'm sure with a mess like this no one in this place washes their hands prior to food handling. Management needs to step it up.

Staff aren?t inviting as you walk in. They seemed busy and attention was not on customers. Time of coming there were 3 other people in the location and not one worker said hello, enjoy your meal. Order was taken wrong, it was packed Togo when it was for dine in, and tables were dirty. Reserve uma mesa agora

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and found it to be small and not at all like what was advertised. I definitely wouldn't eat it again or recommend it to others. It was also cold when I received it.

It took time to order. Only one cashier and the kiosk was not really sensing the touch. The food are pricey. But, the food was good and filling.

It wasn't what I anticipated. The food was fine, but the atmosphere in the patio area needs improvement. I hope they address it soon.
