Had an horrible experience with the Catering/online order team here. I arranged for an online delivery of many pizzas/salads/sandwiches/soups for a business mtg. the day before the mtg they called to tell me they didnt have the right boxesfor the pizza.. i expressed it would be fine if they were in another box, but they refused. they also refused to swap out theitems for something else for me. they asked me to go to the order online and adjusted it.. and online i was unable to adjust itmyself.. so i tried to call back.. OVER 30 TIMES i called here to try and talk to someone. over multiple hours outside of their business hours too. then again the next day.. NOTHING. It was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATI...
I was there for a pick up order of a drink. There was so many people in there waiting at Rapid pickup and 0 orders being handed out or on the shelf. I was there for ten minutes even after waiting to go inside waiting 10 mins after it saying it isready. I even over heard a women saying a lady order food on her break and waited her whole break for the food she neverreceived he food and left waiting her whole break. I decide to leave after waiting 10 mins in store and 10 mins outside meanwhile I drove there taking 15 mins. So for full understanding I never got my drink I was not waiting 20 mins for a drink loleven if it was free not worth it.
Unfortunately I threw the sandwich out so no pictures but I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich and the bacon was cold and slimey. When I asked for a new one with the bacon heated up, the employee said that the bacon was precooked and that they just ?slap iton there?. Never ordering that again
Like this Panera one, whenever I visit this place I feel comfortable. Never had issue with this Panera. Cashiers are friendly, warm and welcome. This place is little bit far from my house, still prefer visit this place then Panera close to my house. Veryappreciate customer service!
