Panera Bread - Reservar uma mesa

This Panera location is the worst I have ever been to! The only pleasant person here is the older lady at the front register in the mornings. Thank you for being such a kind and beautiful person! However, the kitchen staff are always rude and consistently mess up orders. They also fail to acknowledge customers when they request a simple item like a fork, which is never restocked or included in the bag. Despite promising me two bags of chips and a free pastry (which I did not request) to make up for a previous order mistake, the next day a man rudely threw a bag of chips at me while muttering under his breath. Literally the worse Panera in the area. I?ve called and complained but at this point they need new management. The manager doesn?t do anything to make you feel compensated in any way. She just makes excuses. From basic things like notifications foronline orders/ rapid pick up and the food itself are always a disappointment or problem. Today I had it, my sandwich wasterrible. Bread was dry and hard. Salad which was a full salad was half way full. Higher management needs to get involved!

With my mom. She had a warm Mediterranean bowl and she loved her. I had 2. Ceasar salad and 10 vegetable soup. I wish they had filled the soup bowl. There wasn't much in there. You forgot my mother's butter. Other than that. We will come back

The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant was clean and pleasant, but unfortunately, the Butternut Squash soup was terrible. Why would anyone put sugar in a soup? I only ate a few spoonfuls before I had to throw it out.

Great food, I use the app when I order here, so I just choose my parking space and they bring out my order!
