Twice I have ordered for delivery directly through this app . My food does not show up. And the best answer they have is they can cancel my order. This time they gave me the drivers number who claimed he didn't pick up my food. No effort to get my order to me, no appology for not getting my order to me. This Panera Bread restaurant is located inside the Westchester Medical Center, but it doesn't have a hospital vibe. The food is delicious, and the self ordering menu is clear and simple. The place is very clean and organized. The waiting time is minimal, and they have plenty of tables and chairs right by the lobby and outdoors. Overpriced and overrated. I bought a 'Signature Take ' chicken sandwich. The chicken was rather dry and it was barely what one would consider warm, like they put it in the microwave. The coffee is usually piping hot but this time it was bordering on lukewarm. Will try to avoid this place in future and just go to the hospital cafeteria.
