Panera Bread - Reservar uma mesa

I often go to Panera and never had a bad experience until this morning. I ordered an egg and cheese on a Brioche back on the app. I picked up my order and was willing to swallow it. I'm in a sandwich, and I'll notice something doesn't taste right now. It had bacon on it! I have been free from pork for over 2 years (pescatarian). Before I jumped to conclusions, I had to make sure I didn't order the wrong sandwich... I didn't. I'm glad I was in my car. I took it right away. It wasn't very busy, but we waited 25 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches. You forgot to give us our cinnamon roll (which we recognized before leaving). After returning to the Airbnb, all 4 of the breakfast sandwiches missing sausages. Not the experience I'm used to visiting Panera. Food: 2/5

I've never had such a small amount of stuff between 2 pieces of bread until today. The only redeeming quality is that where the meat and stuff is actually good. That's ridiculous. I paid $14 for it. I usually love Panera. I will not make the mistake of coming back to this. Food: 2/5

Really? I'm going here with my daughter. The young lady in front looks at me and doesn't say hello nothing! I asked the mg When she spoke English!! Bad customer service... we went straight. Mgr didn't seem to care. I wouldn't dare come back here again!
