For the past few years, I would tell others that this Panera Bread location was my favorite. What happened recently solidified my belief. I submitted an online order for the Mediterranean bowl with chicken. This was only my second time ordering online. I picked up my order and left without checking it. When I got home and settled, I pulled the bowl out of the bag and realized there was no chicken in my bowl. I called the restaurant to inform them of this in a pleasant manner. The manager answered. I informed him about the missing chicken in my bowl and not realizing it until I had gotten all the way home. The manager apologized.
