I have recently made a bad review about this specific location. They credited my Panera account $20 which I thought was nice so I gave it another chance. Today I ordered 2 of the most simple things, said my order would be done by 11:17AM. Well I waited 5 minutes until after that time to ask for my order which wasn’t even started from when I ordered it. I waited until 10 minutes to get my order and had to go back 2 times. One for my drink cup that I never get and 2 for my bagel that she forgot to give me. I spent most of my break here and when I did get back to work to sit and eat, I had no utensils that I requested. I am done coming here now. They are rude and don’t care.
