My first impression of Panera is that it is a modern and clean restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere, ample seating, and adequate parking. The staff are friendly. The sandwiches are made fresh, but it seems that the ingredients were prepared ahead of time. The prices are similar to those of a restaurant, and the cafeteria-style eatery serves breakfast and lunch. I was surprised by the high price of a self-serve fountain soda at $3. The bacon turkey bravo sandwich I ordered was decent, with the highlight being the tomato basil bread and signature sauce. Took a bite of my chicken sandwich and after being so excited seeing it advertised everywhere when to my super I bit into a piece of cold half cooked meat. The sandwich was raw in the center and when I spoke to the manager he was quick to offer meanything else on the menu which I chose a veggie sandwich because I was scared with the meat. When a girl brought it over to meand I opened it up it didn?t even the correct ingredients and was thrown together. The service also wasn?t the best. There weretwo other people who were standing with me waiting for the manager so clearly this is a reoccurring issue.

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant. The interior was similar to other Panera locations. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. We had an issue with the self-serve kiosks not allowing us to finalize our order through the app, so we had to order with the cashier. The only complaint was the wait time. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, we waited close to half an hour for our food. However, the food was good, so it was not a big issue in the end. Overall, it was a typical dining experience.

At Panera, customers are responsible for most of the work. They wait in a slow line to place their order, then they go to a table to wait for their order to be called out at the pick-up counter. Balancing the trays can be tricky. Customers also have to get their own drinks and bus their own tables. Recently, the cash register screen prompted for a tip for the staff. AWFUL!!!!!!!! This panera used to be good. Now it is absolutely disgusting. Dirty isnt even the word, the tables are filled with garbage, hair, and spills. The bathroom is atrocious. People stand very close to the take out counter and breathe all over the food and take their masks off. The manager is extremely short and rude and has no idea how to speak to customers.

I don't know how I managed to spend over thirty dollars on a bowl of teriyaki chicken soup, a spicy chicken sandwich, and an apple at this restaurant. It's a shame. This will be the last time I ever eat there. I used to have better lunches in elementary school with much larger portions.

The food, service, and ambiance at this restaurant are fantastic, but unfortunately the wifi is terrible. It rarely shows up on my laptop, and when it does, it disconnects quickly. I would be willing to spend more money here if the wifi worked properly like it does at other places.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is very pleasant. I would like to try diving next time. However, I was not very impressed by the Panera margherita pizza.

Service always slow. Better off ordering online for pick up. 20 min just to order a hot chocolate. Second time here with bad service.0
