Panera Bread - Reservar uma mesa

I placed an order online for rapid pick up. When I grabbed inside my bag to get my sandwich, I found the wrapper was open and my chicken salad was dumped all over the bag and had made a mess. When I got what was left of my sandwich out of the wrapper, there was barely even enough chicken salad to fill half a sandwich. My bread was soggy from a pickle that had been left under the sandwich. Awful. Worst experience so far at Panera.

They let me sit at the drive thru window while employees walked passed, near, and around the window and used the drink machine until I called to see if there open and they weren't it's only 6 they should be open for 3 more hrs and the lady on the phone said no one seen me (back to the drink machine thing) and one of them even turned around and looked at me

I had the worst restaurant experience of my life, at the adrian mi panera. In the midst of the worst kovids we went to pick up there because we trusted panera. the man who treated and packed my sandwiches had his mask around his neck. I went to the manager and complained. he accused me of lying!

I ordered my food and waited a hour for it. I checked the app and it said my order was complete but I never got my order. Dawn probably stole my food and you need to fire her Becauseshe can’t do her job right

I had a soup and a salad, wife had a soup and half sandwich, 2 cinnamon rolls , each had water $3 Tip $34. You call that a Bargain? My last time There!
