Life is better at Panera Bread... the fresh healthy food, the other guests the workers make an atmosphere that feels like home. The app it self or even ordering in person using your phone number racks up the rewards which I admit are pretty generous. I also was sceptical about the $8.99 unlimited coffee because I don't drink hot coffee but love the ice coffee and that's included, YAY! I was disappointed to find out that the sandwich I usually order was no longer available, but the staff at Panera in Elmwood went above and beyond to make me happy. Today, Stephanie F was incredible and so cheerful. I will definitely be returning!
