Life is better at Panera Bread... the fresh healthy food, the other guests the workers make an atmosphere that feels like home. The app it self or even ordering in person using your phone number racks up the rewards which I admit are pretty generous. I also was sceptical about the $8.99 unlimited coffee because I don't drink hot coffee but love the ice coffee and that's included, YAY! Oh you gotta try the pick 2 BBQ Chicken Sandwich with the Citrus Salad with Chicken, OMG so so good. I do add the freezy onions (which is free of charge it is simply the best. I like them a lot as they are the only one left on Buffalo to have the Honey and Walnut cream cheese. Thank you. But sometimes the service is not magic .. wrong bagel wrong cream cheese not sliced and very rude in general. But when good i always tip!

I was disappointed to find out that the sandwich I usually order was no longer available, but the staff at Panera in Elmwood went above and beyond to make me happy. Today, Stephanie F was incredible and so cheerful. I will definitely be returning!

I frequent this restaurant often and the service and food are consistently good. Today, I wanted to express my gratitude to Emily, the manager, for assisting me when my card was declined. I truly appreciated her help.
