Panera Bread - Reservar uma mesa

Trust me when I say I will stay far away from this location! I submitted my order thru the app then drive 4 mins to the store. When I arrived I tried calling the store and the lady picked up the phone and put me on hold. I then went into the store and noticed the staff looked so overwhelmed. I asked 2 employees for the status of my order. He told me they just pulled the order in; at this time 30 minutes has passed. Shortly after that I receive my order. Lo and behold the soup is half empty (and WAY too salty) and the sandwich looked like they literally threw it together. Im going to stick the the Panera Locations in Bay Plaza and Pelham; I've never had a issue with lengthy wait times or bein...

I placed an order online and my husband picked up the order and when I opened the bag my Green Goddess salad had no eggs and less than 1/2 a cup of dressing. They didn’t put the tortilla chips for my Mexican corn chowder. Whoever is putting together the online orders is doing it wrong and incomplete . People spend their hard earned money at your establishment and look forward to their meals and you take away a good dining experience by doing a half a job. So if you order online for pick up make sure you check your order before leaving. SMH I will never order from this location again! Plus the salad didn’t look good

This place has seem to go downhill. If you want to wait 20 or more minutes for a watery soup, plus an attitude from staff, then this is the place for you. So disappointed that our food was not made with attention or care. What a waste of time and money.

Able to use the sip club several times and fresh food options, can eat outside at a few tables if weather permits.
