Panka Peruvian Bistro

the food was delicious, the waitress attentive and the ambiente good. the musical was friendly (we sat at the table next to him.) the location was wonderfully comfortable to the capital theatre, where we later visited a show. the only real negatiw was that they did not have our open table reservation in their book. we're here early, so we're sitting, but a little later this would have been a big problem. I have to settle this.

a really solid place with innovative kitchen in the pc. the love for detail in the kitchen was incredible, and incredibly delicate oktopus the lightest and fakisste baked on the empanadas was a great start. entries were served with the same love to detail and our server was quick with suggestions and help with the menu. will definitely come back to panka.

naomi was our waitress and she was excellent! the resturant itself was okay, eating was not as good as I expected, I ordered a seafood dish with rice and it was a bit too suppe for me. my daughter ordered her ordinary shrimp saltado and said it was just okay.

excellent steak court with plantains yuca. delicious redisserie style huhn. talented gitarrist. and perfect location for concert at the kapitol, even when it rains. 2 blocks away.

THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT AND NICELY PRESENTED. WAIT STAFF IS OK AND PERSONABLE ALTHOUGH NOT EXTREMELY EFFICIENT.
