Panorama - Reservar uma mesa

We went to Mont Serein station this morning with the family. We stop in this restaurant and we take a table on the terrace. We order drinks and charcuterie advice. And here, our long waiting begins. 40 minutes later, we have drinks and boards 1h15 after our arrival... The terrace was not yet complete and no kitchen requested for our order. Incomprehensible, we asked the waitress several times... The boards weren't even beautiful in addition... No excuse for any explanation, and we weren't the only ones despite that day. One end passes your way, go see elsewhere.

The restaurant is located at the foot of the slopes for a quick meal, an ice cream or a drink on the terrace in full sun It's worth it anyway! However change of direction recently and I think the new staff is still much lost in their orders! More than an hour to have a coffee and two ice cream and another one that has never arrived?

Very badly welcomed, we waited long without being served to drink a drink and when we asked to heat a bottle 30 seconds, a waitress asked us to wait 10 minutes with an annoyed air. We used to ask at the time of service during meals but were never so badly welcomed.

Fortunately, we had no confidence in the last comments, we would have missed an excellent and exceptional evening with friends. Being of commerce, exceptional service, hearty meals, beautiful setting. We're going back to advise everyone.

Welcome very kind, the correct table, we were very happy to be received with so much kindness despite the late hour for lunch. Even if the place does not offer a panorama, there is a shelter for lunch. Redo
