Panoramic Le Pavillon

Located just a few km from the main Bern train station. Good hotel with nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. The hotel will give you a free tram pass to get to the city. It’s convenient and easy method to get around. Quiet location. The hotel has parking if you book a rental car. Spaces are a bit limited. Overall a nice stay. We were here for 3 nights. Good experience overall.

Great experience at the Ambassador Bern. Rooms were clean and comfortable with nice beds and soft towels. Complementary tram tickets. Friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool was clean. Sauna worked and was clean. Breakfast was delicious (20 for adults, 10 for kids, free for 3 years old). Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles, but not an issue.

Very nice and clean hotel, the tram stop just in front of the hotel and they gave us free ticket to use the public transport at Bern, free parking for car, the hotel was very clean, they accepted dog (paid extra 10€ , the staff very helpful and kind. I asked extra pillow and they gave me in not even 5 mins later! We'll come back for sure!

It's a nice 3 star hotel. The room was clean. Wasn't that big and not that small for 2 persons with 2 twin bed. The location was nice because it's nearby the tram station. The hotel gave us a tranpo ticket for free to move around Bern. I like this hotel when I was in Switzerland

Basic, but okay for a business trip. Did not get to use pool or gym, but both were small, which can be expected for a city hotel. Staff very friendly.
