Paoletti - Reservar uma mesa

Paoletti is my favorite restaurant of all time. My husband and I have been going regularly since 2019. We have taken tons of friends and family and always had the most wonderful experience. Everyone that works there is so kind, knowledgeable, passionate about the food and wine, and fun! We love Julio and Nicole! The food is out of this world. They usually have a sommelier in house, but honestly most of the staff is just as knowledgeable. I have enjoyed most of the dishes and have never been disappointed. We've had early dinners at the bar, and late dinners in our favorite booth with our favorite people. The espresso martinis are magic!

The first night we were in Highlands, we had no reservation but walked in and they were packed, yet they still accommodated us. The Caesar salad and ravioli were excellent. My husband’s salmon was perfection and my stuffed fish was good, but the star of the show was my friend’s truffle mushroom stuffed ravioli . It was expensive- but you don’t mind paying so much when the food is so good.The real customer service came when I got home and realized I’d left my cashmere wrap somewhere in Highlands during our long weekend! I called them first, they had my scarf and overnighted it to me at no charge to me!! Amazing .

Paoletti’s is the BEST restaurant in Highlands, NC. They offer the only fine dining experience with an extensive wine list, service and cuisine!

Didn’t have food but the wine was great. It’s a cute Italian restaurant. Food looked really good.
