Papa Johns - Reservar uma mesa

I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza with bacon bread and honey mustard at this restaurant. I spoke with the manager, Kayla, and there was supposed to be a credit in my name with another manager named Yankee. Unfortunately, Yankee did not provide the credit as promised, claiming he forgot to turn off the order. When I called to place an order tonight, even though it wasn't entered into the computer, manager Kayla believed me and honored the credit. The food was delicious, and I appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at Papa John's. Despite this, I have ordered from this place at least ten times and have never had any issues with my order. The only time I encountered a problem was when I requested delivery on a Friday night. When we called to inquire about the status of our food, they were unable to provide us with an accurate estimate of when it would arrive. I recommend picking up your own food and avoiding ordering on weekend nights to ensure a better experience.

This place is terrible. I called many different times of the day. They held me and never took up again. Every time I hung on the phone for 20 minutes or more. I couldn't get pizza from this place on Sunday. I can understand that the staff is everywhere. Idk, if that was the problem or what. From one professional to another, keep your customers informed. They are less likely so irate..

Pizza always fresh. Had issue one time and they fixed it. The employees are always nice.
