Do Not go to papa johns located on 1204 Hempstead turnpike, uniondale ny 11553 Customer service is very rude and lackadaisical!I went into the store after being placed on hold for over 30minutes just to be ignored in person and told to wait 5 minutes to be served, which then turned into 15minutes at the store after being placed on hold for over 30min!The guys working behind the counter kept walking in and out of the store with no regards to take my order!very disgusted and will not spend another dime at this establishment!

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Wanted half with vegetables and the other half with vegetables and chicken. The entire pizza had chicken. I called and was told to just pay for another pizza. Worker was rude and shouldn’t be answering phones. Horrible customer service.

They are super nice!I placed a order and I didn't notice I picked carry on! OH NOOOOO!!!! I called the store super embarrassed by the situation; they send it deliver no question ask, and with out making me bad. THANK YOU!!

It is more convenient to opt for takeout. You have the option to inspect your order before taking it. The delivery was supposed to be contactless, but the driver ended up calling and asking to meet by his car.

The service is slow it's not the biggest place and parking is nonexistent, you can take a chance and park at the gas station next door but there are tow warnings i don't think it's worth it.
