I am their regular customer, order there at least once a week. They messed up my order; they forgot to bring a drink, and the dipping sauce. I called to complain; however he was telling me the deal which I ordered no longer exists, Which is far from thetruth because I ordered from the app. And been ordering the same deal every week for a few months now. The person was extremelyrude, I explain them if it?s a simple mistake it?s fine, I am bringing to their attention, but he was just keep on telling mehow the mistake was sent from my end. Then he said that manager will call me back, and it never happened.

Very dirty, in these day and age where people are getting so sick and germ conscious. The person at the register took the payment from a customer, enters it into her computer before knitting the dough. All without washing or using a glove. The manthat takes over from her also played on his phone before sprinkling some cheese on the dough also without a glove. They don'tseem to care!! Where is the department of health. Now you see why people are getting sick!! I walked out of the store and Iinformed them I will be contacting their main office. Thank God I went into the store, my poor children!!!

I have never given a 1-star review before, but after my recent experience at this restaurant, I feel compelled to do so. I have been a regular customer at this place for a while now because it is conveniently located near my house. When I tried to order my usual pizza in person, the staff informed me that I had to place my order online. Feeling frustrated, I immediately left and decided to write this review in my car. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I paid $31 for a medium stuffed crust pizza with only three sparse toppings, delivered on September 14, 2022. I promptly contacted the 800 number and also sent an email, but I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or attempt to make amends.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. The service at the Hicksville location is the worst I have experienced. They need to improve communication and get orders right. I feel sorry for the delivery driver.
