Frustrating at every step. This time they can 't get the address right until I repeat it several times (last time they couldn 't find the house , I wonder why? . The delivery driver does not receive my simple instructions, I call to have it corrected and apparently they can 't reach the delivery driver as it 's now ten? fifteen? minutes later. This goes on for some time, I call a third time and I have to explain the same simple issue twice... then I 'm put on hold, and a few minutes later I 'm transferred back to the front with the same issue still persisting the driver is still knocking and ringing. The owner is one of the most genuine and authentic people I've ever met. She sincerely cares about the quality of the product that the customer receives and is actively working with employees to improve the customer experience. Some pictures on here are embarrassing because of the product the store has put out. I myself, feel horrible and would very much like to make the customer experience a pleasant one.

I gave them 4 stars only because we ordered their new, New York style pizza, and it's not NY style at all. The pizza we had was cut into 8 pieces, not 6. NY style pizza is normally cut into 6 slices so they are large enough to be foldable. Unless my 8 slice pizza was a mistake, they aren't doing NY style pizza. Other than that, the pizzas we ordered were alright. I've had better at other local pizzerias.

I ordered a pizza at 8:13 PM and it did not show up until 9:30 PM. I tried to track my order but it did not work. I called the manager of the Papa John's in South Lyon, which is around ten miles away, but he did not offer to remake my pizza or provide any compensation. I usually like papa john’s, but how late and with this order had missing pizza. the works had all the ingredients in full, except the sauce that was almost unavailable. made for a very dry pizza also with all the other toppings. can give another try, but not eat lately.

Tried to place an order but the guy kicked us out of line to take care of the people behind us. It was extremely rude. All he had to do is take our order real Fast but couldn't even listen to us say we wanted a Large pep.

If a basic chick was a pizza this would be it.Crust is bland and bready. Explains why they give garlic dip with every pizza.Cashier wouldn’t honor a coupon that was right on the counter.
