I want to start off saying this establishment needs some real training when it comes to customer service. If I could give this location a negative rating I would. I ordered online and the doordash driver placed my food at the end of my driveway, in mud(requested no contact delivered to my DOOR). I called the location and a young man answered. Horrible customer service from The employee named DION(DEON) I placed an order online /received the text that it was ready .once I arrived I still had to pull up and wait 20 more mins -once I went inside to ask how much longer There was a male employeebehind the ovens with a baseball cap on NO hair net with long dreads thinking it was funny I had to come in. Ordered 2 pizza bowls, was told 20 minutes. Went to get it after 20 minutes, waited another 15 only then to be told they ran out of chicken. Changed to beef, waited 30 more minutes so basically over an hour and Not a single apology. NOT coming back! Done

I ordered delivery Door Dash delivered Pizza and everything I ordered was really good and was there at the appointment that they had listed,so as far as take out food goes I like Papa John's
