Papa John's Pizza - Reservar mesa

I placed a delivery order that never arrived. When I called to inquire about it, they claimed it had already been delivered, providing a description of a house that didn't match mine. The manager offered to redo the order for pickup, which I accepted, but they refused to refund the delivery and tip fees. To make matters worse, they accused us of lying about the pizza not being delivered and insisted on proof that the delivery driver never showed up. For context, we order pizza from them regularly and are easily able to afford a $20 pizza, so that accusation felt utterly ridiculous. Then they said they would send the driver back to my house again, but without a replacement pizza. I have no id...

Extremely rude. I placed my order and the person on the phone gave me my total and then immediately hung up, without giving me the option of paying by card. When the order arrived to my hotel, I asked if I could pay in card and the delivery driver said noonly cash. I told him how I did not have that much cash on me and that I was never given the option on the phone. The deliverydriver started getting irritated and made me get money from the ATM. If it wasn?t 10pm and my wife and I weren?t hungry I wouldhave refused the delivery and went somewhere else.

Papa Johns, what happened? Waited an hour for just 1 pizza that comes from 3 miles away ? Pizza was super dry and cold by the time it got here? If you keep increasing delivery fees please at least stick to the ?approximate delivery time?, it was supposedto be 30 min. Perhaps consider hiring more drivers that actually know the routes and try not giving each of them 20 orders for a?30-40 minute? delivery window? It?s just not realistic.

I really enjoy the $8 execution deal. The staff is decent, though not exceptional. The food is typically delicious.
