Papa John's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

I ordered pizza from papa John's the first time they did not put on Bacon. The second time the delivery was late. When I track it on y phone, it told me to wait 20 mins and I was waiting one hour for my delivery. When the delivery comes, the driver told me that they just gave it to her. When I track it, it said the driver was delivering the other order on her way. I do not know who to trust and never ever buy it again from them. The pizza was not so hot.

I left a long disappointed review here about 6 months ago. I haven't ordered online for many months. I started ordering about a month ago, sometimes twice a week. It was nothing infallible. I order online, Papatracker is great, and the eta of delivery is quite spot on. I don't know if they have a new management or whatever it is, it works.

The delivery driver charged me a different amount than what I was told online that my order would be($10 more)plus I tipped her and I contacted the store immediately and received horrible customer service. I would order faithfully from them for my family and my daycare but I will no longer order from here.

I've only had my orders delivered. So I've never been inside. But, there's never been a problem with my delivery's. They are prompt and courteous.

My order was not right and I had to wait another 15 minutes for another which made me late for work.
