Papa John's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

DO NOT GO TO THIS PAPA JOHNS. Absolutely horrible service. I ordered one medium cheese pizza and garlic knots for delivery not even 5 minutes away was told an hour n 10 minute wait. After waiting an hour and and Half n seeing on the app my order was still be made I call and after sitting on hold for another 20 minutes I finally got to talk to someone who tells me they haven’t even started my order yet after the hour and 50 minutes and that it would be another 40 minutes before it was put INTO THE OVEN. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID EVER ORDERING FOOD FROM HERE.

driver was great and polite. unlike his manager. had a small problem with the order.and the manager was rude! nowhere on the app says it u that if they gave more than 5 pizzas u to choose a real time for delivery, not asap . or if their number is not up to date, they will break everything together. no big thing honest. was just not aware. I called to ask about it and a girl manager answered with the biggest one. it's f*n 1030 a.m. how could her day go so bad?. get another job when they talk to customers is not their thing. which it is obviously not.

I ordered delivery at 11:45am on a Wednesday, they told me it would take 45min and it took 1 hour, 20min. When I called in for a status he told me it was on the way, but it still didn't arrive for another 20 min. (I only live 5 miles away)

Originally said 20 minutes, I have been waiting 3 1/2 hrs now. Store won't pick up their phone, customer service filed a form with a 48hr turnaround time and did nothing else, Papa John's really needs some work.

This is not acceptable for a pizza It's super flat and smashed. The only saving grace was the store manager apologizing on behalf of grubhub or doordash.
