Papa Johns Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

We scheduled an order at 5:30pm to be delivered at 7:15pm. The order never arrived: we called at 8:15 to ask about the status, and were told the pizzas were now on the way. At 8:30, the general manager, Leslie, called and apologized, saying that the orderhad never gone out and that staffing has been an issue following Hurricane Ian. She refunded our money, remade the pizzas, andhad the food in our hands 20 minutes later. This review was initially going to be 1 star, but Leslie turned it around to be 5stars. Truly excellent customer service.

It took 10 years for me to try again and I never will again. Horrible customer service from the manager and the GM. Food took an hour and half to get to us. About an hour of that time was after we received a text that it was in the car on its way. We weregiven different stories about why it was late, one of which being they grabbed the wrong order and had to come back. Food waslukewarm and disgusting. They refuse to give me my money back.

The first time I ordered was like a week ago everything was perfect I just tried ordering the same order like the first time and the girl didn?t allow me to order stating it?s a online only deals and they have no deals at all only online what a shame I tookmy business elsewhere spent my money elsewhere papa John do better it should not have happened like this you guys are definitelylosing get your employee together

My call in order was not in the system when I went to pick it up. All employees dressed looked unprofessional (one especially had black ripped/torn off sleeveless dirty no collar shirt). Front desk checker didn't know how to work machine, kept fingerpunching the face of it. The entire place was filthy. Place should be shut down. I will NEVER order or return there again.

Friendly reminder that pizza places do not use gloves they are in fact one of the number one causes of cross contamination, work shirts don?t come in every size they need for their employees and they move as fast as they can to get your orders out properly.
