I Ordered two pizzas on a Friday at 5:25 PM by phone the lady who answered the phone said that it would take 20 minutes for the pizza. I arrived at 5:45 and the attendant, an older lady, said that it would be about another half hour. I waited patiently aspeople arrived and this lady kept telling them that they had to wait 30 minutes, that it was a busy night. One customer saidforget the order and left because she had to wait another 30 mins. The service is horrible. They will NEVER leave it at the door when you ask for contactless delivery. I am partially deaf. Occasionally my other ear becomes blocked and I am deaf temporarily, which is going on right now. I ordered and requestedcontactless delivery? I left a driver note ?I AM DEAF. I would like to praise you for the great customer service I have received today. I ordered a large half- cheese half Works Pizza, and when I took it there were two big pizzas (a cheese, a work . I always get what I ordered and is always ready for pickup in less than 15 minutes!!! Which other pizza compound would make dinner look so good? No... just Papa John's
