Papa Johns Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas with cheesy breadsticks tonight for my family since I wouldn't be home for dinner. My husband received the order, not knowing what I had ordered, and was surprised that he got just one, cheese pizza. Called the store, said they would talk to the manager and call me in 5 minutes. Waited 10 minutes and called back, they said our order would be here in less than 10 minutes. 20 minutes go by and no pizzas and now noone is answering the phone. I want my back I still haven't gotten anything I ordered.

I didn't order from Papa johns in a while and was disappointed by the attitude I pulled over the phone while a delivery order. I spoke to two different people who were rude and were always carrying me around me until God finally sent me Dwight. Not only was he respectful and spoke to me with great customer service skills, he helped me save on some pizzas because the offers online were not available to me. He's the only reason for the 5-star rating. Dwight your cool in my book. Super Job man!!!!

I ordered for pick up and my estimated time was 14-25 minutes. It took an hour to receive my order. Only one person was working, assumingely it was the manager. I inquired about my order within the 30 minute mark and told 5 minutes as my order was pending. Door dash drivers arrived frustrated as the gentleman didn't seem to have any orders ready and didn't seem to understand english.

I always get good service from here. Your food is always delivered quickly. The food is always hot and delicious. The delivery drivers are always professional, polite and friendly. I never had a problem with this restaurant.

Pizza was Delish and Delightful...taste like real pizza..big prices also...
