I'm sitting here waiting for them to deliver our pizzas on time. in this summer they delivered the wrong house, and the person in the load asked me to walk around and watch my neighborship. (whoever I did and found them on our neighbor bench outside) on Saturday before halloween they were 35 min late and now my estimated delivery time in 16 min. (requested delivery time was 17 o'clock, it is now 5:28 o'clock) after that I will not order again from them. it's so disappointing and I know that covid had a lot to do with it, I'm sure, but if they don't find out what more and more people will begin to go other places. update: my neighbour has just brought our cold pizzas. they delivered them to t...
This store is really bad lately, I love Papa John's pizza, but the cooking of the pizzas lately has been horrible. Last week I ordered 2 pizzas, both undercooked to the point of wet dough in parts of the pizzas. Today I ordered one of the Shaqaroni well done and it was black on the edges. No cheese could be detected on about 80 percent of pizza as it had all cooked off. Threw it away and deleted my email phone number and their app. I will try again when I next move, but done with Minnetonka store.
this bad lady cried to me when I complained that my pizza was not what I ordered and that it was disgusting. both the pizza and the cheese were dried, tough and with hardly one sauce/cheese. toppings were wrong (spindle? but after a 14-hour day I was starved and desperate so I tried to eat a piece. I couldn't do it! müll. and then I'll call and get yelled at and ung up on?! I am all for raising the minimum wage, but this is overpaid to 100%. I have starved, disappointed and disgusted.
that was before one, but it was retrieved. in the middle school I ordered pizza from here and the delivery car arrived. I answered the door and my father came after me. the delivery car goes, so how long you are married, I am in the middle school and my father is in his 60s and I have never ordered pizza from here again. it's funny when I look back on her (in college now,) but never again.
