Placed an online order check out at 6:14 PM estimated delivery time 31 to 41 minutes. The pizza tracker I noticed my order was still in the prepared stages for over 20 to 25 minutes. I called the store spoke with a young lady who told me we don?t deliverto your address which is literally 2 miles away and we?re waiting for a door Dash driver to pick your pizza up. I asked theyoung lady for an ETA and she told me she had no clue what time the driver would arrive Papa John?s has no way of knowing. Shethen tells me my pizza is ready it has been placed in a warmer 20 minutes ago 7:05 PM and still no pizza. I called back to speakwith the young lady to tell her I will come and pick the pizza up but...

Fast customer service and 2 large pizzas for $18 for carry out deals. Not bad. I enjoy the cheese and pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and the crust is not chewy but soft.
